ROD Parkings division works closely with the ROD PE experts to focus on assisting clients willing to make equity or debt financing in parking spaces. We assist and advise Private Equity clients with raising capital from outside investors – including logistics companies, retail chains, insurance firms, and high-net-worth individuals. This capital can be used to acquire and develop parking projects – like multi-level parking facilities operate and improve them, and then sell them to generate a profitable return on investment.
ROD Parkings division brings together strategies for Private Equity clients across, both, commercial and industrial real estate (Transportation, industrial retail, and corporate) and other real estate assets. We provide our Private Equity clients with the best investment opportunities through our network of retail parking partners.
Acquisitions & Asset Management
ROD Parkings division has advised on both, majority and minority ownership investments throughout the years. In either scenario, our methodical approach to maximize the inflow of equity by restructuring or expanding the established to maximize the results even without having a majority vote.
ROD Parkings negotiates terms for the clients, sets up the financing for the transactions, and provides well diagnostics through an advisory to invest in parking assets. The Asset Management team executes the business plan on behalf of the clients before the parking asset is acquired. Together, the ROD Parkings and ROD PE team improve the operations and financial performance of the businesses for our Private Equity clients.

- When it comes to parking investments, the team works on both stabilized and mature assets. It focuses on value-add strategies for major renovations and redevelopments favourable for parking properties. We advise on buying morbid properties and turning them around as high yield generating parking assets

- Parking business is location-centric and a lot of rules and regulations that apply are related to specific geographies and Strategic locations. Hence, the ROD Parkings team has a Private Equity specialist for each of the major geographies, operating through its regional offices in London, Brussels, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Hong Kong, and New York
Deal Role
- ROD Parkings operate, both, as a General Partner and Limited Partner in deals. We help Private Equity clients in contributing to the equity by running the deal execution and management.
